Depending on how you use Knotific, we may process account details you provide, reminder content you create, device and usage diagnostics, and purchase/entitlement status from Apple or Google.

How we use information

We use this information to provide reminders and related features, improve reliability, enforce plan limits, and respond to support requests. Natural- language reminder parsing may be processed by our cloud AI providers solely to fulfill your request.

Sharing

We do not sell personal information. We may share data with service providers who process it on our behalf (for example hosting, email, and AI inference), or when required by law.
